Overview

Dr Sarah Vohra is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 12 years' experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), including eight years as a substantive NHS Consultant. She provides independent psychiatric assessments and expert witness reports for solicitors, barristers and the Family Court throughout England and Wales.

Her practice focuses on the psychiatric assessment of children and young people involved in family proceedings, with particular expertise in trauma, emotional harm, attachment relationships and the psychological consequences of abuse and neglect. She also undertakes assessments of a broad range of childhood mental health conditions where specialist psychiatric opinion is required.

Dr Vohra is a Bond Solon Certified Expert Witness and prepares clear, balanced and evidence-based reports in accordance with the Family Procedure Rules. Her reports are informed by current clinical practice and are designed to assist the court by providing independent, objective psychiatric opinion.
